A message from my heart to yours…..

My passion for birth work began after experiencing a traumatic first birth, followed by a redemptive and deeply empowering second birth with the support of a doula. That experience transformed not only how I viewed birth, but also what I felt called to do.

Bringing a child into the world is one of the most vulnerable—and at the same time, most powerful—moments in a woman’s life. To be present in that space, offering encouragement, advocacy, and unwavering support as a mother journeys toward that first embrace with her baby, is exactly where I know I am meant to be.

While the role of a doula is never about the doula, I hold deep gratitude and respect for every mother who invites me into her birth space and trusts me to walk alongside her. There is immense courage in saying, “I need support,” and I honor that fully.

As birth givers, we are incredibly powerful. Still, in the intensity of labor—when plans change, when uncertainty rises—we sometimes need to be reminded of that strength. After carrying, nurturing, and growing life, we are also fully capable of bringing that life into the world. My role is to help hold that truth steady when it feels hardest to see.
